Information we collect
When you create an account, place an order, request a quote, send a message, or submit a review, we may collect your name, email, phone number, event details, order contents, and information you choose to provide. Passwords are stored as hashes; we do not store full payment-card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to fulfill orders and catering requests, communicate with you, provide support, prevent fraud, operate and secure the website, meet tax and accounting obligations, and improve our services.
Service providers
We share only the information needed with providers that operate the service, which may include Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Google/Gmail or Resend (email), Anthropic (AI assistant), Vercel Blob (images), and Stripe if card payments are enabled. Those providers process data under their own terms. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses necessary cookies for sign-in and language preference, and local storage to keep your cart. We do not currently use behavioral-advertising cookies.
Retention and security
We retain data for a reasonable period to provide services and satisfy business, tax, dispute-resolution, and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it when appropriate. No system is perfectly secure, but we use access controls, encryption in transit, rate limiting, and backups.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal obligations. The service is not directed to children under 13.

Data incidents
If a reportable data breach occurs, we will notify affected people as expediently as possible, without unreasonable delay, and no later than 30 days as Washington law requires, subject to its permitted exceptions. RCW 19.255.010
